A seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in Southeast Texas. At just 21 years old, he founded Triangle Real Estate LLC in 2007, bringing a fresh perspective to the industry. His firm has since become a trusted name in residential, commercial, and land transactions across the region.

A lifelong Texan, Benjamin holds an Associates degree in Real Estate from Lamar Institute of Technology and is deeply committed to community service. He has held several leadership positions, including serving as the 2018 President of the Beaumont Board of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS® Region 9 RVP 2019-2022, and as the 2023 Chair of the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC). His dedication to the profession has earned him accolades such as the 2015 Salesperson of the Year and recognition as a 2018 Texas Young Professionals Network (YPN) REALTOR® to Watch. Triangle Real Estate LLC was awarded the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Texas Torch Award for Work Place Ethics in 2023.

Beyond his brokerage, Benjamin is actively involved in political advocacy and community development throughout Southeast Texas. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame at the $75,000 Level and currently serves as an At Large TREPAC Trustee as well as the Region 10 RPAC Fundraising Trustee covering Texas and Louisiana.

He doesn’t do it alone; Benjamin’s success is rooted in the unwavering support of his wife, Tobetha Rodriguez, who has always been his rock. Their daughter, Autumn Rodriguez, carries on the family legacy as both a REALTOR®, and Executive Assistant to her father.

And at the heart of it all is his beloved granddaughter, Sadie affectionately known as “Piglet” who serves as the ultimate reminder that no matter how busy the day, there’s always a reason to wrap up work and get home early.
